
We're Hiring a Professional Organizer
Location: Based in Kelowna, BC, with potential travel to surrounding areas (West Kelowna, Penticton, Lake Country, Vernon)
Type: Subcontractor
Hours: Casual, flexible, weekdays, occasional weekends ​
Pay: $18-$30/hour

This is a flexible, as-needed position—perfect for someone who wants occasional work with a small, friendly company that helps clients get organized and reclaim their spaces. What you’ll be doing:
As a Professional Organizer, you will work with clients to assess their needs and goals, and work to develop a personalized plan to help them declutter, organize, pack or unpack, their homes or businesses. Candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be detail-oriented.

Tasks include:

Assisting with organizing projects in homes or small businesses

Sorting, labeling, tidying, and lifting light to moderate loads

Supporting lead organizers on-site (potential for a lead position in the future)

Helping create a calm, respectful, and non-judgmental experience for our clients
